One-man band Rev. Deadeye will bring his lo-fi gospel blues to Casselman’s March 14. The Rev. combines traditional hymns with original and sometimes dark blues tunes to give the whole evening the feel of an old school tent revival in the middle of a swamp.

The good reverend is also a born showman. At times he plays blindfolded and asks the crowd for cash donations before he continues playing. After hearing crowd favorites like “Snakebite” or “Jesus Is Knockin’” it will be hard not to throw up your hands and join the Reverend’s always-growing congregation.
